McCain Talks Free Trade in Canadian Capital; Virtually Ignored by U.S. News Networks - 6/20/08
Here is a local news report on Sen. John McCain's visit to Ottawa, Canada to speak on Free Trade at The Economic Club of Ottawa yesterday, June 20, 2008. There was virtually no U.S. network or cable news coverage of McCain's speech. I saw CNN and Fox mention he was there, but they did not carry the speech live or even discuss it's content at any length. EXIT QUESTION: If Barack Obama had gone to Canada to speak, would there have been the same type of non-coverage? This is a pefect example of one of the greatest threats to McCain winning the election. The deck is stacked against him beyond anything a Republican has ever had to face before. With almost no coverage (and when there is coverage, most of it is negative) how can John McCain get his message out to voters? Meanwhile, the media is acting as virtual apologists for Obama day after day.

Quite true. So, what are we
Quite true. So, what are we going to do about it ? Give up ? I don't think so.
Fortunately there is the INTERNET. Also PLENTY of ALTERNATIVE media.
McCain vs. Obama
Once we get McCain on stage with Obama it'll be clear who the better candidate is. I believe were going to win this in a walk.
