CORRECTION: I realized McCain's exact quote was that the Democrats formula is: "Surrender to Al-Qaeda and Leave." I apologize for the mistake on the orginial quote.
Here is video of John McCain talking with reporters in Philadelphia on March 13, 2008. In answer to a question on Iraq, McCain said the Democrat Formula for Iraq is clear: "Surrender to Al-Qaeda and leave." McCain vowed to never surrender and let that happen. Note: He answers several questions in the video, but makes the Iraq statement at the 2:23 mark.
