Here is video of former Secretary of State Madeline Albright admitting it is a "statement of fact" that the election of Barack Obama would result in him being tested with an "international crisis" generated by America's enemies. She was responding to the comments of Joe Biden, who predicted that Barack Obama would be tested by an "international crisis" generated by America's enemies to test him within the first six months of his Presidency. Albright was talking with CNN's John Roberts.
