John Kerry
Here is video of Joe Lieberman on Meet the Press today, August 3, 2008, where he told Tom Brokaw he would speak at the Republican Convention if John McCain believes it will help his campaign. Sen. John Kerry (aka Lurch) was also on the show and chimed in it sounds like Joe is going to the GOP Convention.

At a press conference in Boston, John McCain told reporters that he was "disappointed" in John Kerry. Kerry had said that McCain was "confused" after McCain said that a date for troop withdrawal from Iraq was "not too important," but that what is important is the level of casualties in Iraq.
Kerry and other Democrats seized upon the "not too important" part of the statement to claim McCain does not care about our troops, when they know very well that is not what he said or meant. McCain clearly explained himself in the interview with Matt Lauer, meaning that if troops remain in Iraq with no casualties, people will not be upset, just as they accept us having troops in South Korea, Japan, Germany, etc.
McCain also underscored his support for free trade agreements like NAFTA and CAFTA.
As far as being "disappointed" in John Kerry -- Kerry has shown himself to be a total louse. From his returning to Vietnam and working against his own country, to his impugning of John McCain, Kerry is clearly devoid of character and honor.
