Shocking Video Unearthed Democrats in their own words Covering up the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Scam that caused our Economic Crisis.

At a 2004 hearing see Democrat after Democrat covering up and attacking the regulations to protect Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (their Cash Cows) that are now destroying our economy because the Democrats let them cheat.

On NBC's Meet the Press Sunday, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson voiced confidence in the long term fundamentals of the U.S. economy. According to Reuters:

Asked about the fundamentals of the U.S. economy, Paulson said, "I won't bet against the American people ... We will work through this."

John McCain has taken quite a beating from the Left and its captive media for saying essentially the same thing:

"My opponents may disagree, but those fundamentals, the American worker and their innovation, their entrepreneurship, the small business, those are the fundamentals of America and I think they’re strong."

Nice to know that Paulson has McCain's six convered...

"The Economic Reality of Today's Uncertainty"
http://www.boxfreethinking.com/blog/2008/09/eco-reality.html

"This article was just about to be posted when the Lehman Brothers and AIG fiascos were announced. After rereading, even with the major troubles on Wall Street, I still believe that uncertainty is the main driver behind today's economic problems."

Now on to win in November...

Worth a look...pass it on.

Here is a local news report about Sen. John McCain's visit to Aurora, Colorado today, August 14, 2008, where he hammered Barack Obama on his liberal economic policies of higher taxes, and opposition to offshore drilling, nuclear power, and the winning Surge Strategy in Iraq.

Here is a clip of remarks made by John McCain June 5, 2008, in which he said the fundamentals of the American economy are strong, but the need to train displaced workers left behind in the Technology Revolution is great.

A lot of discussion has arisen about whom John McCain will choose as his Vice President. Though interesting, as it concerns someone being raised into the Presidential Picture, the topic is a distraction. John McCain is not going to be elected President by selecting a good Vice President. A Vice President can maybe bring his or her own state into the President candidate's win column, or he or she can add strength in a policy area, true; but that isn't a major addition to the entire picture. So let's get back to the big picture, OK ?

This election will be won by John McCain, maybe, IF he succeeds in doing the following things:

1.convincing Americans that he is the strongest, most knowledgeable candidate with respct to freign policy issues including (but not limited to) War on Terror matters.

Here I feel very confident.  read more »

John McCain gave a speech on the economy today at Carnegie Mellon.

In our free society, it is left to each one of us to make our own way in the world -- and our jobs, businesses, savings, pensions, farms, and homes are the work of years. Take these away and you are diminishing a lot more than the GDP, or the final tally on the Big Board on Wall Street. Take these away, and a million dreams are undone. The gains of hard work and sacrifice are lost. And something can be lost that is very crucial in our economy, and very slow to return -- confidence.

The Chilkoot Vision of the World - By James Carder

Explanation: I believe that everyone brings a piece of him or herself into a political campaign and that it's up to those running a campaign at the core, and especially the candidate, to decide how that individual contribution fits into the collective mosaic that eventually becomes part of the overall image that is projected by the candidate. - By James Carder, Author (McCain Campaign Contributor)

For Iraq, the Near East and North America

I see the U.S. Army PDO (Petroleum Division Office) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dispatched to Iraq to build refineries and pipelines throughout the country.

I see the Iraqi Government will control the flow of oil but I also see the United States, as the biggest stakeholder, managing the flow of money.

I see the revenue from that oil in this order, going to:

a. The Iraqi people

b. The American people

c. And then all the rest of the countries in the order in which they contributed to the cause, in both money and in personnel

I see American oil companies in the region, who are right now eyeballing Iraqi oil, being told that if they do not accept the deal and join in the endeavor, that they could expect eminent nationalization.  read more »
